This role offers the opportunity to own reliability and observability for enterprise systems while working in a hybrid environment. Team members contribute to large-scale monitoring initiatives, automation efforts, and continuous improvement cycles within a mature SRE practice.

• Monitor applications and infrastructure, responding to incidents and service events
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause resolution
• Lead incident, change, and problem management processes
• Build and optimize monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
• Support cloud-based platforms and containerized environments
• Automate application and service management tasks
• Conduct incident reviews and maintain operational documentation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and scalability
• Participate in a 24×7 on‑call rotation

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong expertise with Splunk Enterprise, including configuration and complex searches
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and container technologies
• Strong background in incident management and production support
• Experience using Service Now for incident and change workflows
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Senior‑level engineering experience in enterprise environments
