Position: Systems Engineer - Senior (Control-M)

Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Systems Administrator with extensive Control-M experience to join their dynamic team. As a Systems Administrator (Control-M), you will be part of the enterprise operations team supporting critical infrastructure and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Can sit in any of these locations:
Phoenix, AZ or Austin, TX or Westlake, TX (Hybrid role in office
- Mon, Wed, Thurs) Pay Range: $60-70/hr W2 based off experience What's the Job?

• Manage and optimize BMC Control-M infrastructure (on the distributed side) to ensure seamless workflow automation
• Support and maintain Linux and Windows server environments for enterprise operations
• Integrate enterprise-level systems to enhance operational efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience with BMC Control-M infrastructure and workflow automation
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
• Proven ability to support enterprise system integration and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology environments and learn new skills quickly
