Team members contribute to large‑scale monitoring initiatives, automation efforts, and continuous improvement cycles within a mature SRE practice.
How You Will Make An Impact- Monitor applications and infrastructure, responding to incidents and service events
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause resolution
- Lead incident, change, and problem management processes
- Build and optimize monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
- Support cloud‑based platforms and containerized environments
- Automate application and service management tasks
- Conduct incident reviews and maintain operational documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and scalability
- Participate in a 24×7 on‑call rotation
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong expertise with Splunk Enterprise, including configuration and complex searches
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and container technologies
- Strong background in incident management and production support
- Experience using Service Now for incident and change workflows
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Senior‑level engineering experience in enterprise environments
Location:
Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 per year
