Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will lead a team of developers and administrators, guide best practices, and ensure seamless integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem. Your expertise will shape scalable, secure, and efficient CRM solutions that enhance business processes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical design and architecture for Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations
  • Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Collaborate with functional leads, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation
  • Manage Salesforce releases, deployments, and change management
  • Design scalable integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or middleware solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize Salesforce performance and reliability
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new tools, and industry trends
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce development and administration
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce projects and technical teams
  • Experience with integrations, middleware, and data migration tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Informatica, Boomi)
  • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Dev Ops practices, CI/CD, and release management
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills
Nice-to-Have
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Architect, Administrator)
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ solutions
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies in CRM projects
