Link Technologies (), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Service Now Architect to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of six (6) years hands-on Service Now experience.
- Proven experience as a Service Now Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
- Broad knowledge across multiple Service Now modules (not siloed).
- Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture and best practices.
- Ability to both design and implement solutions independently.
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent Service Now releases and capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a comprehensive platform assessment of current Service Now environment.
- Define a practical, execution-focused roadmap aligned with business needs.
- Lead hands-on implementation across multiple Service Now modules.
- Serve as the technical authority and decision-maker for platform architecture and design.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.
- Mentor and guide supporting Service Now resources.
- Ensure solutions leverage modern Service Now capabilities, including recent releases and AI features.

- Employee Center
- Integrations (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf)
- Discovery and Asset Management
- Early exploration and foundation for Software Asset Management
- Ongoing platform expansion and technical strategy
