Technical Test Lead – Functional Testing, Automated Testing, Healthcare Knowledge, Java, Selenium/RFT/QTP

We are seeking a Technical Test Lead with experience in Functional Testing, Automated Testing, and Healthcare Knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Selenium, RFT, and QTP.

Role Overview:
Full-time position located in Omaha, NE or Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, we will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design
• Experience with the Healthcare domain
• At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis and reporting
• Minimum 4 years of core Healthcare domain expertise with testing experience, including exposure to US healthcare requirements like HCR, Medicare/Medicaid, Compliance, HIPAA, and Health Care Exchange (HIX)
• Proficient in preparing functional and non-functional requirement documents as per business need
• Expertise in effort estimates, outlining test strategy, creating test plans, data setup, scripting, execution, monitoring, and reporting
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in Functional, Automation, and mobility testing experience, including web application and .Net batch application testing with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in creating medium to high complexity SQL queries
• Must be adequately proficient (3-4 years hands-on experience) in Automation implementation, scripting, script reviews, and imparting automation skills to team members (QTP/RFT/Selenium, Cucumber, Java)
• Should have experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology
• Self-motivated with strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills
• Analytical skills and the ability to work in a team with diverse stakeholders
