IT Project Manager, Cybersecurity, IT Consultant, IT Business Analyst
Responsible for the strategic direction, management, and performance of the Company's global technology organization, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, enterprise applications, data management, and IT operations. This position ensures a secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective technology environment that supports a multi-site, acquisition-driven business while leading technology modernization, enterprise integration, IT governance, cybersecurity, vendor management, and M&A integration initiatives. The role serves as the Company's senior authority on information security and IT risk and partners closely with business and technology leaders to align technology platforms, data, and processes with operational and growth objectives.
KeyAccountabilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned with business objectives.
- Provide leadership and oversight for all IT functions, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, business applications, data management, and technical support operations.
- Manage the global technology infrastructure environment, including cloud platforms, networks, telecommunications, endpoints, and site connectivity.
- Establish standards for system availability, performance, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Lead service desk and technology operations functions, including service management processes, service levels, and operational performance metrics.
- Direct the enterprise cybersecurity program, including security strategy, governance, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and identity and access management.
- Serve as the executive leader responsible for information security, technology risk management, and security-related stakeholder communications.
- Oversee third-party technology risk management, vendor security assessments, and customer security compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, privacy, and security frameworks, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and related standards.
- Maintain the organization's IT risk management framework, audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance reporting processes.
- Oversee enterprise business applications, including ERP, CRM, productivity, collaboration, cloud, analytics, and workflow management platforms.
- Drive application integration, process automation, and technology modernization initiatives that improve operational efficiency and data integrity.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish enterprise data governance, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence strategies.
- Develop and execute plans to rationalize technology platforms, reduce application redundancy, improve user adoption, and optimize technology investments.
- Lead IT due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition technology integration activities for mergers and acquisitions.
- Manage the IT operating and capital budgets, ensuring effective financial stewardship, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
- Direct vendor relationships, contract negotiations, software licensing, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Lead, develop, and mentor IT leaders and teams while communicating technology strategy, risks, priorities, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive enterprise IT experience, including at least 5 years leading multi-functional IT organizations at the Director level or above.
- Demonstrated expertise leading enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and IT operations within complex, multi-site organizations.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft and Azure environments, including Microsoft 365, Entra , cloud infrastructure, and related technologies.
- Experience overseeing enterprise ERP, CRM, data, analytics, and business intelligence platforms, preferably including Net Suite, Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI.
- Proven success developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management programs, including frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.
