Remember when a Hyperion major upgrade was its own 2 to 3 month project: planning docs, test cycles, war rooms, prayers? Oracle just does it now. Automatically. Twice a month. Welcome to the other side.
100% Remote (US) $80,000 to $90,000 Full-Time W2 Green Card or US Citizen Required 3 to 5 Years Experience
If you worked in on-prem Hyperion, you know what a major upgrade actually meant: months of scoping, a dedicated project plan, a test environment you hoped behaved like prod, and a go-live window that had the whole team holding their breath. It wasn't a task, it was a project. Sometimes a painful one.
That world is behind us. At CloudADDIE, we work exclusively in Oracle EPM Cloud, with clients who are done white-knuckling legacy infrastructure and ready to move fast. Oracle handles the upgrades. We handle everything that makes those upgrades matter: the implementations, the models, the integrations, and the finance teams who depend on all of it.
We are growing and we need someone ready to grow with us. Not someone looking for a quiet corner. Someone who sees a poorly built planning model and genuinely cannot leave it alone. If that is you, keep reading.
Who you are Self-starterYou don't wait for permission to improve something. You spot it, flag it, fix it.
Always learningOracle drops two updates a month. You are the person who actually reads the release notes.
Client-firstYou translate 'the numbers are wrong' into 'here is the Groovy rule that is off', and back again.
Growth-mindedYou want a clear path: to lead consultant, bigger projects, more complexity.
The role What you will ownYou will be embedded in real client engagements from day one, implementing, optimizing, and problem-solving across Oracle EPM Cloud environments in healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services. No two weeks look the same.
