This position is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, as relocation assistance is not provided. Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support. Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize programmatic and paid social advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, specifically related to display and video advertising, CTV, and paid social platforms. They will also have a strong aptitude for data reporting and insight analysis with a proven track record of driving improved campaign performance.

As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Execute and optimize display, digital video, and CTV advertising campaigns.

Execute and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Tik Tok.

Use marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights) to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.

Prepare detailed reports, presenting findings and recommendations to improve campaigns performance.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative/Brand, CRM, Analytics, and Merchandising to ensure cohesive strategies.

Ability to analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Highly organized, able to prioritize, and work independently as well as in a team environment.

Ability to communicate effectively & professionally (written/orally).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities effectively

Aptitude for intellectual curiosity within and outside of this role

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years in a similar position or performing similar duties.

Proficiency in programmatic digital marketing platforms (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk  and similar).Proficiency in paid social media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads and similar).Proficiency with Excel and Google Analytics (GA4).Retail digital marketing experience is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related discipline.

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
