Develop reusable Tableau data sources, extracts, and semantic layers.
Define KPI frameworks, business metrics, and reporting standards.
Optimise dashboard performance and query efficiency on Snowflake.
Implement row-level security and governed access controls.
Drive data validation, reconciliation, and reporting certification processes.
Mentor junior BI engineers and establish Tableau development standards.
Participate in sprint planning, demos, stakeholder reviews, and release activities.
