Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).Observability & ITSM:
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk log management, and Service Now incident/change management. - Networking & Security
:
Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades. - CI/CD & Automation
:
Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, and operational script automation. - Process Management
:
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management). - Oracle;
