U-Haul is seeking a Business Analyst to support people analytics and reporting strategy from our Phoenix campus. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, extract data from Workday and SQL warehouses, and present actionable insights to leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
Ideal candidates will have Power BI, SQL, and Excel experience, plus a degree in business or a quantitative field. Knowledge of Workday and Python are a plus; familiarity with U-Haul operations is preferred.
