- Years of experience: 5 - 12 years' experience with Windows Administration/System Management/Automation in a VMware and/or cloud environment.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) from a regionally accredited institution. BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Sciences, Information Technology, or Software Engineering strongly preferred. - Certification:
At least one of the following certifications:
Citrix or other VDI certifications; VMware Certified Professional; - AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer;
Red Hat Certified Specialist in Advanced Automation;
Hashi Infrastructure Automation - Communication:
Fluent English (written and verbal). - Advanced knowledge of Windows Server ) /desktop Operating Systems (XP/7/10).
- Managing in excess of 100 Windows Server infrastructure
- Managing deployments/rollouts. - Experience with Enterprise grade storage environments, preferably Net App.
- Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare Server/ESX and Microsoft HyperV/Virtual Server.
- A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
- Group Policy design and configuration .
- AD FS setup experience.
- Certificate Management.
- Administration skills with Exchange Online and On Premise desired .
- M365 Experience
- Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration. - Experience with automated patching solutions (i.e. SCCM) .
- Available for off hour support when required.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environmen.
- Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length.
