Motive is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive the Security & Privacy Roadmap, translating complex goals into actionable plans. You will align Security, Product, Engineering, Privacy and Legal to deliver measurable risk-reduction outcomes and board-ready updates.
You will own roadmap execution, lead major security programs (IAM, vulnerability remediation, auditability), and coordinate quarterly planning to ensure prioritized capacity and clear milestones.
