Role: Senior Technical Project Manager
Working Hours
: 5 PM to 2 AM
- BS/BA degree required, preferably in computer science or technical disciplines
- 6+ years of project/program management experience in platform, infrastructure, data, BI, or analytics-intensive environments
- Proven track record delivering complex projects across multiple engineering, analytics, and business stakeholder groups
- Experience managing large-scale migrations or platform transformations (data, infrastructure, reporting, or application layers)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, services), and BI/reporting ecosystems
- Ability to manage dependencies across shared platforms with multiple downstream consumers, including dashboards and analytical datasets
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment across competing priorities
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with evolving scope and priorities
- Experience coordinating validation of data quality, reporting accuracy, and KPI consistency
- Experience with infrastructure/platform programs (cluster migrations, upgrades, system modernization)
- Experience with big data and modern data platforms (Hadoop, Snowflake, Doris, Vertica, etc.)
- Experience working with digital publishing platforms (Word Press, Adobe Experience Manager)
- 3+ years of project management experience in a software development environment, working with geographically distributed teams
- 3+ years of hands-on Agile/Scrum experience you have run sprints, not just observed them
- Strong understanding of the full SDLC and how PM processes map to engineering execution
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration and data pipelines (Airflow, dbt, Informatica, Pentaho)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or work streams with structured prioritization
- Experience with project tracking tools — specifically You Track and/or JIRA;
Airtable or similar strongly preferred - Exposure to both cloud and on-prem platforms
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience modernizing BI environments, including dashboard migrations or reporting consolidation
