As a Service Now Implementation Specialist, you will help organizations maximize the value of their Service Now investment by delivering innovative, scalable, and high-quality platform solutions. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will assess business requirements, perform gap analyses, design and configure solutions, develop custom applications and integrations, and support the successful implementation and continuous improvement of digital workflows across a broad range of business applications to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Work with clients to provide technical expertise in multiple Service Now modules: ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, HR, Security, Asset Management (HAM/SAM), Platform/Integration, Portal/UI, GRC
• Understand and utilize Service Now methodologies, collateral, and accelerators
• Conduct gap analysis and assessments to identify the delta between current and desired Service Now environment
• Design, build, test and implement Service Now solutions
• Install and configure Service Now infrastructure environment and assist with demonstrations of Service Now platform capabilities
• Participate in project team collaboration sessions with Project Manager, Solution Architects and Process Consultants
• Provide support for existing Service Now solutions and recommend opportunities for enhancements
• Basic Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or completion of a college program
• Minimum 4 Years’ experience with designing, developing, testing and implementing Service Now solutions
• Minimum 4 Years of experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS or related application development
• 2 or more years of experience with custom application development on the Service Now platform
• Advanced experience in multiple Service Now modules: ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, HR, Security, Asset Management (HAM/SAM), Platform/Integration, Portal/UI, GRC
• Proficiency in Service Now portal development.
• Current Certifications
  - Service Now Certified System Administrator and at least one other Certified Implementation Specialist designation.
• Advanced Skills with Service Now Development APIs and LDAP Integration
• Bilingual
  - English and French required for the role.
