Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing architecture for websites
- 5+ years of experience developing Drupal based websites
- HTM & CSS
- Power App
- Power Automate
- Power Shell
- 3+ years of experience developing SharePoint applications and flows
- Strong understanding of SharePoint framework
- A strong understanding of Azure technologies and frameworks are desired
- Work expertise using APIs, Dell Boomi, CI/CD
- Experience with Git-based version control systems (e.g., Git Hub, Git Lab, Bitbucket)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive web design
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Experience with website performance optimization and web security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration or configuration issues
- Effective communication and documentation skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA analysts
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles as they apply to web and SharePoint development
- Can convert business requirements into data and technology solutions
- Have strong project management and analytical skills
- Can process map and document technical and business processes
- Have an engineering background and a master's degree (as preference)
- Experience in large enterprise implementations involving multiple functional groups.
- Experience with SQL is a definite asset, particularly in the context of data management.
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with tools like Git Hub, Bitbucket, or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
- Effective advisory, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with data governance concepts and metadata management tools
- Understanding of security, compliance, and privacy considerations in data and web technologies
- Experience working in environments with cross-platform integration (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, Drupal, Boomi)
- Strong documentation skills to produce technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and process workflows
- Ability to assess and recommend emerging technologies to meet evolving business needs
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance (QA), and release planning
- Comfortable leading or facilitating stakeholder meetings, demos, or sprint reviews
