- Set the marketing operations and analytics roadmap
- Lead Hub Spot (Marketing Hub Enterprise) as the operating backbone
- Partner with IT to ensure marketing and business systems work together
- Design and support routing, qualification, and handoff processes between marketing and sales
- Lead campaign tracking, GA4, tag management, and conversion tracking
- Build attribution models and executive dashboards
- Evaluate and implement marketing technology stack
- Own segmentation, list strategy, and QA standards
- 5+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations
- 3+ years as a hands‑on Hub Spot administrator
- Track record of building integrations between a CRM and other business systems
- Working knowledge of GA4, tag management platforms, and ad platform conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills with SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling
- Experience in a BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience in B2B environments with long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to present data to senior leadership
- Hub Spot certifications
- Experience with data warehouses or GA4 Big Query export
- Experience with data enrichment tools such as Clay, Zoom Info, or Apollo
- Background in distribution or manufacturing
