We are seeking an experienced healthcare IT implementation professional with expertise in Epic Professional Billing (PB), Claims Management, and healthcare system implementations. The ideal candidate will bring strong Epic PB knowledge, experience supporting Epic-integrated projects, and the ability to coordinate workflow design, configuration, testing, training, and implementation activities.

• 7+ years of implementation experience.
• Epic Professional Billing (PB) certification and current CEE.
• Experience with Claims Management and Professional Billing workflows.
• Experience developing or working with Epic Reporting Workbench reports.
• Experience supporting Epic-integrated projects and strategic and tactical deployments.
• Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Assess business and user requirements and recommend appropriate system designs and configurations.
• Lead workflow review, documentation, design, build, configuration, and testing activities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, subject matter experts, and third-party vendors to support implementation milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task assignments, and implementation documentation.
• Support data movement, integration testing, data validation, and conversion testing.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and vendors.
• Conduct customer workflow assessments and recommend process improvements and configuration approaches.
• Deliver pre- and post-implementation training and develop supporting training materials.
• Coordinate implementation meetings, communicate project status, and manage milestones against project schedules.
• Generate reports and support data analysis to meet operational and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and customer outcomes.

This is a remote, 12-month W2 contract opportunity for a healthcare IT professional with strong Epic Professional Billing implementation experience. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting implementation activities from workflow assessment through testing, training, and delivery.
