LI.FI is building data products to support company wide decision making. This role owns the direction and output of the Data team, combining hands on analytics with product thinking and team leadership. You will report to the CTO and line manage the Data team, partnering with the Data Tech Lead on the technical roadmap.
What you'll do- Own the Data team's priorities, intake, triage, and planning ceremonies
- Perform hands on analytics work including deep dives, dashboards, business cases, and recommendations
- Partner with Product Managers to embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs and align roadmaps
- Translate stakeholder questions into clear specs, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria
- Quality gate for analyses, dashboards, and datasets before distribution
- Coach and develop the Data team and collaborate with the Data Tech Lead on the roadmap
- 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work with leadership experience
- Expert SQL ability to pull, validate, and challenge data independently
- Hands on dashboard and report building in BI tools (Omni, Superset, or similar)
- Strong business and product mindset with experience driving revenue, pricing, or growth opportunities
- Technical depth to collaborate with data engineers on warehouse design, pipelines, and data models
- Proven stakeholder management and cross functional communication skills
