Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Compass Rose / Healthy Planet Analyst to support, configure, and optimize Epic population health and care management solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve workflows, reporting, and patient outcomes through Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose modules.
Responsibilities- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Develop workflows, templates, dashboards, and reports supporting care management initiatives.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
- Perform testing, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Train end users and create supporting documentation.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to Epic best practices.
- 6+ years of Epic analyst experience.
- Epic certification in Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose
. - Experience with population health, care management, or payer/provider healthcare environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with Epic implementations or upgrades.
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows, claims, quality measures, and reporting.
- Additional Epic certifications (Cogito, Ambulatory, etc.) are a plus.
