As a Functional Consultant at Medius, you will be a core member of our Enterprise Professional Services team, guiding customers through the implementation of our spend management suite. You will work directly with AP and finance teams to configure Medius solutions, run workshops, and ensure customers go live with confidence.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You will own functional work streams within implementation projects, from solution design and configuration through testing, training, and go-live support, working closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and the customer's own project team.

• Configure Medius solutions based on customer requirements and implementation best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver training sessions, on-site or remote.
• Analyze customers' existing AP and spend management processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support customers through UAT, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
• Produce and maintain solution documentation including specifications and change requests.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Consultants throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
