IT Services Intern; Summer

• Amplify is seeking a resourceful and technically minded IT Services Intern to join our team this summer and help us maintain, optimize, and support the technology infrastructure that powers exceptional experiences for the educators, students, and families who use our innovative educational products
• This paid, remote 10-week internship offers the chance to make a real impact on products used by millions of students and teachers
• Throughout the program, interns will engage with Amplify’s culture via product demos, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives, plus grow through a virtual speaker series featuring Amplify executives, additional product demos, and dedicated mentorship
• Support the day-to-day operations of IT service delivery, including help desk ticket management, troubleshooting, and resolution across hardware, software, and network issues
• Help identify recurring technical issues, inefficiencies, and service gaps to improve IT processes and end-user experience
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with device provisioning, software deployment, user account management, and onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and internal service guides
• Track and manage IT assets, inventory records, and service requests to ensure accurate and up-to-date systems management
• Direct exposure to IT service management tools, platforms, and best practices used in Ed Tech
• Real-world IT challenges that directly support educators, students, and families
• Collaboration with IT, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams across the organization
• Contributions to meaningful infrastructure and service improvement initiatives in a mission-driven environment
• Mentorship from industry professionals at the forefront of IT services in education technology
• Exposure to IT Support, Systems Administration, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and IT Operations
• Hands-on training in a fast-paced, agile environment
