- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting in-depth consultations to understand their unique needs, workflows, and objectives
- Develop and deploy creative and innovative deployment strategies tailored to each client's specific requirements
- Collaborate with clients to identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Complete requirements gathering and scope creation for all in-scope workflows
- Configure application as needed according to requirements and direct analysts to ensure accurate setup
- Provide guidance and oversight, ensuring configurations align with client needs and industry best practices
- Provide comprehensive training and support to clients through workshops, webinars, and on-site sessions
- Establish strong, collaborative relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or features
- Continuously evaluate and improve deployment processes and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in consulting, project management, or software deployment, preferably in healthcare
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading and motivating teams
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Mandatory knowledge of employee health programs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
