OT Security Consultant

Must have personally deployed Dispel into production, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF),Access Control Technologies,OT Monitoring Solutions,SCADA,OT Security Solutions,Network Segmentation Technologies,Industrial Control Systems (ICS),Secure Remote Access Platforms

Seeking an OT Security Consultant to help secure Operational Technology environments and modernize secure remote access. This role designs, implements, and migrates OT security solutions, including Dispel or comparable platforms, while minimizing disruption to industrial operations. Dispel is a hard requirement.

• Design, implement, and support OT security solutions, including network segmentation, monitoring, and access controls.
• Deploy secure remote access solutions that provide safe, auditable connectivity for vendors, engineers, and support staff.
• Support remote access migrations, including implementation and transition activities involving Dispel or comparable platforms.
• Assess OT/ICS environments, identify security gaps, and recommend practical remediation strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate security requirements into solutions that minimize production disruption.
• Document solution designs, implementation plans, and operating procedures.
• Track OT security threats, trends, and vendor technologies to inform recommendations.

• Must have personally deployed Dispel into production (not just POCs or testing).
• Hands-on experience implementing OT security and secure remote access solutions in industrial, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or other critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience with Dispel or a comparable OT remote access platform, such as Claroty, Beyond Trust Privileged Remote Access, or Cyolo.
• Experience deploying and supporting OT-specific secure remote access solutions.
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS network architecture, industrial protocols, and security considerations specific to operational environments.
• Experience with Industrial Control Systems, SCADA, and OT infrastructure.
• Ability to assess security risks and recommend practical remediation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

• Experience with industrial cybersecurity technologies.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and NERC CIP.
• Previous consulting experience supporting enterprise or critical infrastructure customers.
