Group Information Security Officer (ISB)you are responsible for the information security strategy, the security program and the security posture of Vektor Group – from strategic direction to practical implementation. In doing so, you work closely and operationally with the Director Internal IT, particularly on technical controls and their implementation.

You take care of operational security topics in day-to-day business, support the IT team directly and also take on tasks that go beyond the scope of a classic governance role. We are supported by external consultants during the build-up. As the ISMS and the team mature, your focus will shift more toward strategy, governance and further development.

• You manage risks across technical and organizational areas, assess and prioritize them, and prepare them for management.
• Du koordinierst externe Berater und Dienstleister innerhalb des laufenden Security-Programms.
• Du baust unser
  Security-Awareness-Programm
  auf und betreibst es – von Trainings bis zur kontinuierlichen Sensibilisierung.
• Du verantwortest die Planung und Weiterentwicklung unserer
  Incident-Response-Prozesse
  and, in an emergency, coordinate together with IT, Legal and the responsible leaders.
• Du bewertest
  Third-Party- und Vendor-Risiken
  und führst Security Assessments für neue Tools, Dienstleister und Partner durch.
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem
  Director Internal IT
  on technical controls such as access governance, endpoint security and identity, as well as with platform engineering at the interface to product security.
• Du unterstützt
  Sales und Customer-Trust-Prozesse
  , etwa bei Security Questionnaires, Due-Diligence-Anfragen und Kundenaudits.
• Du beobachtest weitere regulatorische
  
  Anforderungen – unter anderem
  EU AI Act und Cyber Resilience Act
  – und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen für die Gruppe ab.

• Du hast
  mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als ISB
  oder in einer vergleichbaren verantwortlichen Rolle im Bereich Informationssicherheit.
• Du verfügst über fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit
  BSI IT-Grundschutz
