Business Analyst

Opportunity Type: Freelancing on 1099 (No Visa Restrictions)

Duration: 4 Months with Possible Extension

Availability: Full-time, 8 hours/day with a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time (PST)

We are looking for detail-oriented Business Analysts for a project focused on evaluating chatbot responses. The role involves comparing multiple chatbot outputs, conducting structured assessments, analyzing information, and providing accurate evaluations based on predefined criteria.

Analyze and document business requirements.

Evaluate and compare chatbot responses using predefined criteria.

Conduct structured assessments and provide evidence-based evaluations.

Analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify gaps and improvements.

Prepare reports, dashboards, process maps, and project documentation.

Support testing, implementation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping.

Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and documentation skills.

Ability to evaluate information objectively and make decisions based on predefined criteria.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

8 hours per day, 5 working days per week.

Weekend availability as required, with 2 weekdays off.

Minimum 4 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time (PST).
