Claims Investigator - Experienced

Seeking experienced investigators with commercial or personal lines experience, with multi-lines preferred to include AOE/COE, Auto, and Homeowners. SIU experience is highly desired, but not required. We are seeking individuals who possess proven investigative skill sets within the industry, as well as honesty, integrity, self‑reliance, resourcefulness, independence, and discipline. Good time management skills are a must. Must have reliable transportation, a digital recorder and a digital camera.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, taking in‑person recorded statements, capturing scene photos, writing a detailed, comprehensive report, communicating with clients, and meeting strict due dates on all assignments.

• Conduct investigations in AOE/COE, Auto, or Homeowners lines.
• Write accurate, detailed reports.
• Demonstrate strong initiative, integrity, and work ethic.
• Secure written/recorded statements.
• Perform accident scene investigations.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
• Utilize computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook (email).

This position requires a span of 5‑10 years of experience working as a SIU/Insurance Investigator.
