Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate Underwriting Auditor
!
The Associate Underwriting Auditor plays a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of the underwriting processes. This is a great opportunity to build foundational experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you'll do in this role- Conduct audits and quality checks on underwriting work
- Provide feedback and support continuous improvement
- Assist with data governance reporting and department projects
- Support underwriting operations during peak periods
- Work with auditor to provide periodic reporting on data governance and other key metrics
- Support project work using skill-sets and department need including testing of rating application enhancements, and participating in or supporting projects and other department initiatives
Salary Range: $26.30- $43.87 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
Qualifications- You will have a basic understanding within field of specialization.
- Demonstrates basic skills and fundamental knowledge within the job.
