Debt Collector; Bilingual English​/Spanish

$20 to $22/hour + commission | Full-time | 100% remote (Arizona residents only)

Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Elite Recovery Group (ERG) is hiring an experienced, bilingual debt collector for our remote collections team.

• You currently live in Arizona
• You're bilingual in English and Spanish
• You have at least 1 year of professional debt collection experience

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements
• Work assigned accounts consistently and keep accurate notes and follow-up dates
• Handle objections and confidently ask for payment
• Meet individual collection and performance goals
• Follow FDCPA, Regulation F and company compliance procedures

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• A track record of securing payments directly from consumers
• Comfort in a goal-driven, performance-based role
  
  The discipline to work independently from home
• Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace

• Third-party collection agency experience
• Working knowledge of the FDCPA and Regulation F
• A history of meeting or beating monthly collection goals

• Off at 4:00 PM Monday to Thursday and at noon every Friday
• $20 to $22 per hour based on experience, plus commission
