Position: AOPC / Pennsylvania Court-Certified OPI Interpreters – All Languages

Ad Astra is actively recruiting Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) for a new Pennsylvania state government contract. We are seeking qualified,
court-credentialed interpreters across all languages to provide accurate and professional remote interpretation services.

Job Type

Freelance / Independent Contractor - Fully Remote

Requirements
  • Must hold a current Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) / Court Interpreter credential
  • Professional interpreting experience required
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to provide professional interpretation remotely via phone
  • Commitment to confidentiality, impartiality, and professional interpreting standards
  • Ability to provide documentation verifying current court interpreter credentials
    • Technical Requirements
  • Computer running Windows 10 or newer with at least 8 GB RAM
  • High-speed internet - minimum 20 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
  • USB wired headset required - no Bluetooth or wireless devices
    • Languages Needed
