We are seeking an experienced Senior Partners to join our client’s nationwide legal team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to make an immediate impact by bringing in current and previous business.

• Transition current and previous long-term clients to a nation‑wide law firm
• Grow business in any vertical
• Work with current CFO and Managing Partner
• Assist in trial preparation, including managing exhibits, timelines, and trial logistics
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and cases move forward efficiently

• 10+ Years Experience – Broad range of complex case experience
• Have existing clients that will follow you
• Revenue 500k or more on existing clients
• Expertise in all facets of law process
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment

A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
