Labor & Employment Associate

Overview

Join to apply for the Labor & Employment Associate role at Ogletree Deakins in Phoenix. The Phoenix office has an opportunity to join the firm’s expanding labor and employment practice.

• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and manage discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions; attend and handle arbitrations as needed.
• Assist with handling employment litigation matters, including experience with single-plaintiff cases is preferred.

• Juris Doctor. Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing; must meet continuing licensure requirements during employment.
• 4 or more years of experience in Arizona.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
