What You'll Do

Join our team to handle a diverse caseload, ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, in Justice, Superior, and Municipal Courts across Arizona.

You'll work with autonomy and strong support to develop and execute effective defense strategies while making a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients.



Key Responsibilities

Manage misdemeanor and felony cases from start to resolution.

Travel to court appearances within the valley and across Arizona.

Communicate case details and legal implications to clients.

Interview police officers and witnesses.

Negotiate plea agreements with prosecutors.

Conduct jail visits to consult with detained defendants.

Develop defense strategies in collaboration with the supervising attorney.

Draft and argue substantive motions.

Participate in jury trials for misdemeanor and felony cases.
