Litigation Associate – Phoenix, AZ
Job DescriptionThe Phoenix office of Squire Patton Boggs is seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in commercial litigation matters. Experience in financial services, antitrust, and class action matters are also helpful. The role involves working on behalf of multi‑national and Fortune 500 companies in different jurisdictions.
Academic and Professional Qualifications- 3 – 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Admission to the Arizona Bar
- Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
- Excellent credentials
- Experience in commercial litigation matters
- Responsibility for legal research, drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, and handling all aspects of civil litigation
- Excellent research and organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Courtroom and deposition experience preferred but not required
- Self‑starter who can prioritize workload, exercise good judgment, and work well under pressure
