The OpportunityWe are seeking a talented Litigation/Bankruptcy Associate or Judicial Clerk with 2–6 years of experience to join our dynamic practice. This role offers the chance to work on complex litigation and bankruptcy matters, providing strategic counsel to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage litigation and bankruptcy cases from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys in a team-oriented setting.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in Arizona.
- 2–6 years of experience in litigation and/or bankruptcy law.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- For applicants with less than three years’ experience in private practice, judicial clerkship experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with federal and state court procedures.
