Insurance Recovery Associate Attorney - Junior to Midlevel
We are a leading international law firm, ranked by Chambers, seeking a junior to midlevel associate to join our Insurance Recovery practice. Our attorneys enforce policyholders' rights to coverage across a wide spectrum of commercial insurance policies. We have handled and are handling some of the largest policyholder cases in the nation and maintain a busy caseload.
Responsibilities include:
- Enforcing policyholders' rights to coverage across a broad range of commercial insurance policies.
- Handling complex cases and preparing for litigation.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys, client stakeholders, and other law team members.
Qualifications:
- Two years of insurance policyholder experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm or policyholder boutique, or one year of insurance policyholder experience and federal judicial clerkship experience.
- Excellent academic credentials, including graduation from a top-tier law school.
