A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level Federal Income Tax Attorney in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves working on renewable energy and low-income housing tax credit transactions, investment fund structuring, partnerships, and joint ventures. The successful candidate will join a team representing diverse clients in complex transactions.
