Senior Attorney (11-15 years experience)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex insurance defense matters, including high-stakes litigation.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to insurance carriers.
• Mentor and develop junior attorneys.
• Represent the firm in the legal community and build relationships with insurance carriers and other professionals.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, ideally from a top regional school like ASU or the University of Arizona.
• 11-15 years of legal experience in insurance defense.
• Extensive experience in handling complex insurance defense matters, including high-stakes litigation.
• Proven track record of success in representing insurance carriers and achieving favorable outcomes.
• Strong leadership, management, and business development skills.
• Deep expertise in insurance defense law, with a focus on auto, trucking, premises liability, construction defect, and product liability.
