We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Permanent Civil Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury litigation, attending depositions, offering legal advice, and handling wrongful death cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successfully litigating cases to a favorable resolution.

• Representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including personal injury and wrongful death cases.
• Attending depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Providing sound legal advice to clients on potential litigation risks and strategies.
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the highest level of client service.
• Staying updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends in civil litigation.

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law in the governing jurisdiction.
• At least 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with specific experience in personal injury litigation and wrongful death cases.
• Proven ability to attend and handle depositions effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.
• A strong track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients in civil litigation.
