Our paralegals are an integral part of the team, working in tandem with their assigned attorney in custody disputes, financial disclosures, and property division cases.
Paralegals support attorneys by communicating with clients, decoding voicemails, organizing materials, and helping keep cases on track. Administrative staff handle calendaring, mail, minute entries, and transmittals so paralegals can focus on the case and their professional growth. We value our paralegals as professionals whose opinions and expertise matter.
Responsibilities and Environment- Work in a team-driven, collaborative environment supporting one attorney per case to provide focused, meaningful results.
- Draft pleadings and court filings with proper attachments and exhibits, in line with Arizona Superior Court procedures.
- Manage high-volume caseloads, maintain accurate file management, and meet daily billing targets.
- Assist with complex custody disputes, financial disclosures, and property division matters.
- Coordinate with administrative staff on calendaring, transmittals, and related tasks to keep cases moving smoothly.
- Minimum 2 years of Arizona family law paralegal experience (required).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Skilled in drafting pleadings and court filings with proper attachments/exhibits.
- Knowledge of Arizona Superior Court filing procedures.
- Familiarity with Clio software preferred.
- Ability to maintain high-volume caseloads and meet daily billing targets.
- Strong grammar, writing, and file management skills.

Benefits and Work Environment- Competitive Compensation:
From $75,000/year or more, depending on experience, plus an average quarterly bonus of $1,250
. - Time off: 30 paid days off annually, 10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and five personal/sick days.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After a 90-day probation, option to work two days remotely per week; access to panoramic views and on-site amenities. - Mentorship and Growth:
Weekly training sessions and daily mentorship to help you grow in the paralegal role and expand into more complex areas of law. - One-on-One
Collaboration:
You’ll work exclusively with one attorney per case to provide focused support and meaningful outcomes.
