Pollart Miller LLC is an established law firm with offices in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. Our practice areas include Administrative and Licensing Law, Appellate Law, Civil Litigation, General Insurance Law, Labor and Employment Law, Subrogation and Recovery and Workers’ Compensation.

We are currently searching for a tenacious, perceptive attorney to assist with defense of our workers’ compensation cases for our Arizona client base with 2-4 years of litigation experience.

$/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities include representing/defending our clients on their WC claims from initial notification, early case fact gathering and reporting, reviewing insurer's decision on liability, disputing claim, preparing for, and attending hearing and post hearing actions and appeals, and all litigation steps through to claim closure, settlement. Experience with WC rules and adhering to specific timelines and procedures as required by the statutes and governing entity.

Litigation billing required for this position.

This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, calendar and deadline management skills, time management and billing skills. Demonstrate analytical and case management skills. Must have the ability to multi-task in the fast pace of workers’ compensation defense.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Negotiable and Depends on Experience, Range $110,000 – $130,000 annually
