Sr. Litigation Paralegal (10+ Years Experience)

Our practice covers a wide range of litigation areas, including civil, commercial, and complex litigation. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Litigation Paralegal to join our team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Sr. Litigation Paralegal with at least 10+ years of hands-on litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Annual Salary: $80,000+ depending on experience

Hybrid or On-Site

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case intake, discovery, trial preparation, and appeals
  • Draft legal documents such as complaints, subpoenas, motions, and discovery requests/responses
  • Manage document production, including organizing and analyzing large volumes of documents
  • Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Maintain litigation calendars and track important deadlines
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials
  • File documents electronically with state and federal courts
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience preferred
  • In-depth understanding of litigation processes and court rules (state and federal)
  • Proficiency with legal software and tools (e.g., Westlaw, Clio, or similar)
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced legal environment
