Litigation Associate

Overview

We are expanding our civil litigation team and are hiring Arizona-licensed attorneys. This role offers hands-on litigation experience early in your career, including handling hearings, drafting substantive motions, working directly with clients, and building a meaningful litigation portfolio.

Whether you have a few years of practice or are newly barred with strong advocacy skills, this role provides an accelerated path to becoming a seasoned litigator.

• Salary: Approximately $110,000
• Bonus: $1,000/month incentive-based bonus (most attorneys achieve the monthly standard)

• Attorneys with 0–5 years of civil-litigation experience
• Recent bar passers with strong advocacy skills
• Associates in other practice areas looking to pivot into full-time litigation

• Tort and personal-injury defense
• Property and contract disputes
• Business and commercial litigation

• Licensed and in good standing in Arizona
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and communicate professionally
• Motivated to develop as a litigator
