Overview
We are expanding our civil litigation team and are hiring Arizona-licensed attorneys. This role offers hands-on litigation experience early in your career, including handling hearings, drafting substantive motions, working directly with clients, and building a meaningful litigation portfolio.
Whether you have a few years of practice or are newly barred with strong advocacy skills, this role provides an accelerated path to becoming a seasoned litigator.

Compensation- Salary: Approximately $110,000
- Bonus: $1,000/month incentive-based bonus (most attorneys achieve the monthly standard)

We welcome:
- Attorneys with 0–5 years of civil-litigation experience
- Recent bar passers with strong advocacy skills
- Associates in other practice areas looking to pivot into full-time litigation

Practice Areas You’ll TouchWe handle a wide variety of civil litigation, including:
- Tort and personal-injury defense
- Property and contract disputes
- Business and commercial litigation
- Construction-related matters
- Medical Malpractice
- Pre-lawsuit investigations
- Discovery practice, hearings, and trial
- Licensed and in good standing in Arizona
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and communicate professionally
- Motivated to develop as a litigator
- Positive attitude and a team mindset
