Pre Litigation Attorney

Our client is a well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm in Phoenix. Known for their integrity, compassion, and client advocacy, the firm is seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping injured clients. This role involves managing a personal injury caseload through all stages of pre-litigation and litigation, from client intake to resolution.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters in pre-litigation and litigation
• Conduct client consultations, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and trials
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress
• Collaborate with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure timely case resolution

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Arizona law license in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years experience in plaintiff personal injury law
• Strong litigation and courtroom skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing a full caseload
