Position: SENIOR PARALEGAL

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare a wide variety of legal correspondence, briefs, pleadings, motions, and legal notices accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct substantive legal research and draft legal memoranda analyzing complex legal and factual issues
- Manage the disclosure process in complex cases, including organizing documents and conducting document review for trial preparation
- Maintain legal records, files, and case management systems
- Assist attorneys in preparing discovery documentation and filing appropriate pleadings with the court

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certificate of completion from a Legal Assisting or Paralegal studies program
- Strong understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and consent to undergo a criminal background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in legal research and writing complex legal documents
- Familiarity with automated case management systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with court representatives and government entities
- Prior experience supporting attorneys in a legal setting
