Compensation: $125,000+ base salary, commensurate with experience

A leading Arizona personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its Phoenix Biltmore office. This is a fully in-office position and is ideal for a motivated attorney who wants hands‑on litigation experience, consistent case volume, and the support of a high‑performing trial team.

The firm handles a wide range of personal injury matters and is especially interested in candidates with exposure to nursing home or elder abuse cases
, though this is not required.

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
• Take and defend depositions, including parties, witnesses, and experts
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and motion practice
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and senior attorneys
• Evaluate liability, damages, and litigation strategy
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the litigation process
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, or trial

• Active Arizona Bar license
  , in good standing
• 2+ years of litigation experience
  , preferably in personal injury
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced litigation environment
• Willingness and ability to work full‑time in‑office at the Phoenix Biltmore location

• Prior personal injury litigation experience
• Exposure to nursing home or elder abuse cases
• Trial or arbitration experience
• Plaintiff‑side litigation background

• Base salary starting at $125,000+, depending on experience
