We are seeking a skilled new client Intake Attorney to join our law firm. This remote role focuses on speaking to new clients affected by deceptive, abusive, or unfair business practices.

• Handle intake welcome calls for firms new clients in cases involving fraud, false advertising, deceptive trade practices, and violations of federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn general businesses practice, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Truth In Lending laws, UCC-1 filings, and lien avoidance, encompassing knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code.
• Advise law firms clients about law firms services and their legal rights and remedies under consumer protection statutes.
• Facilitate the signing of attorney client service agreements. (NO Selling involved)
• Maintain detailed records utilizing Law firms CRM including regular case updates.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in any state.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Full-time

$80,000.00 - $ per year (DOE)
