Thompson Law is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist for our Phoenix Office.

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

The job will be a combination of front desk customer service, light housekeeping, and organizing/distributing office mail.

• Answering incoming calls from existing clients
• Assisting lawyers and paralegals in day-to-day activities
• Organizing mail and scanning documents
• Preparing correspondence
• Delivering superior client service over the phone and in person

• Proficient in computer and administrative skills (Microsoft Office products)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
• Spanish‑speaking proficiency
• Energetic, outgoing, and collaborative demeanor
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service

• Hourly/Salary to competitively match the entry‑level to mid‑level experience needed for the position
