Phoenix, Arizona. Onboarding is in‑office. Once competent, the firm offers meaningful flexibility — attorneys regularly work hybrid schedules, partial days from home, or remote Fridays. Arizona‑barred attorneys should be local. California‑barred attorneys may work fully remote.

Must be licensed and in good standing in Arizona or California. U.S. work authorization required. No sponsorship available.

• Handle active civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and motion practice
• Draft substantive motions including MSJs, MTDs, and discovery motions
• Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
• Manage deadlines while maintaining high‑quality work product

• Licensed and in good standing in Arizona or California
• Interest in civil litigation and courtroom advocacy
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Motivated, team‑oriented, and eager to grow as a litigator
